A true entrepreneur and leader of innovation, Scott Killoh founded NYMBUS in 2015. Bringing a modern perspective and over 20 years of leadership experience, Scott’s primary focus is on helping community-based financial institutions thrive in an ever-evolving digital world.
With his bold vision and diverse talent, Scott is the driving force behind the company’s growth and product innovation. His extensive knowledge of the technology industry allows him to detect process inefficiencies and digitally disrupt markets.
At the age of 19, Scott founded and co-developed Openpages, a content management solution that served Fortune 500 companies, including Gannett Co., Thomson Financial Media, Knight-Ridder, and the Tribune Co.
Expanding on Openpage’s SaaS model and platform, Scott founded Mediaspectrum, one of the fastest-growing cloud-based solutions for mobile advertising and publishing, powering some of the world’s largest companies in media, enterprise software, multi-national sales organizations and mobile content management.
Scott holds a BA in Finance from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He is based in Miami, Florida at the NYMBUS’ Corporate Headquarters.
David built his career creating fast-growing technology companies with a clear vision for innovation and disrupting markets. David and his teams have fueled the transformation of thousands of financial institutions by building the most innovative and influential products in the financial services industry.
As President, David is responsible for the company’s overall global strategy, product innovation, key operational objectives and business development efforts aimed at helping his clients grow and compete in the digital age. With deep experience in enterprise software, digital channels and payments, David is leading NYMBUS with a focus on helping financial intuitions reimagine how consumers should interact and transact with them.
David previously served as President of Fortress Risk Management, a cloud-based SaaS company that developed a financial crime platform utilizing Artificial Intelligence and neural networks to identify and impede multi-channel fraudulent transactions for financial institutions. Prior to that, David spent 12 years at Open Solutions, where he held the positions of Chief Global Product Officer, President of Core Banking, and President of Digital Products. David and his teams helped grow Open Solutions from start-up to over $400 million with more than 3,600 clients globally.
As Chief Financial Officer of NYMBUS, Harry Flood is responsible for managing the financial strategy of the company. Harry oversees the company’s accounting management, long-term business planning, and execution of growth initiatives while maintaining a high level of integrity.
Harry brings decades of experience and expertise to the company. As the prior CFO of Yankee Candle Company, Inc., Harry was in charge of all financial matters including financial statement preparation, banking, insurance and risk management. Over a seven-year period, he facilitated the growth of the company from $10M in sales to $140M.
Thereafter, Harry joined Scott Killoh and David Soli to form Vensure, Inc. (Mediaspectrum), developing enterprise software to handle all aspects of advertising, including ad management, ad sales, and content management for digital and print media companies. As CFO, Harry was instrumental in developing financial growth strategies and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Harry is a member of the company’s Board of Directors and serves as Board Secretary. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
David Soli brings more than 30 years of leadership and expertise to NYMBUS. As Chief Technology Officer, David oversees the development and implementation of the NYMBUS product suite.
Having spent his entire career in the software development and IT industry, David has extensive knowledge of the specification, design, development and support of infrastructure and software platforms.
Throughout his various roles in IT, he has been integral to migrating legacy “bare metal” infrastructure to modern virtualized private cloud and cloud-based hosting solutions. On the development side, he has been integral to migrating legacy enterprise applications to modern J2EE multitier application platforms.
David has been with NYMBUS since being founded in 2015, where he continues to guide the principles of product development and lend his leadership experience to the overall success of the company. Prior to joining NYMBUS, David served as the Chief Technology Officer at Mediaspectrum, which offers cloud-based content management solutions for the media industry. In addition, David co-developed the software, and the company continues to power some of the largest media companies in the world.
David is a member of the company’s Board of Directors.
Anne Miela brings more than two decades of experience to her role as Senior Vice President of Operations. She plays an integral role in helping financial institutions enter the digital age.
Prior to joining NYMBUS in 2017, Anne spent 20 years at Open Solutions/Fiserv, where she ran the application and professional services organizations of the company’s DNA platform and led a team that executed more than 110 successful core conversions.
Anne’s Team received the GonzoBanker Award for Conversion of the Year in both 2015 and 2016.
As NYMBUS’ Senior Vice President of Client Services, Jan Frymyer is responsible for the Voice of the Client, including the company’s Client Success Team, Product Management, Account Management, Training and Documentation.
With over 30 years of experience in the financial information technology sector, Jan is a valuable senior leader with a sharp focus in client services. Prior to joining NYMBUS in 2017, Jan held a variety of positions at Open Solutions, Inc., including Director of Business Analysts; Director of Implementation Readiness; and Vice President of Client Care. Upon Fiserv’s acquisition of OSI, Jan transitioned to Vice President of Client Services. He most recently served as Vice President, PMO at Fiserv, where he led the Project Management Office in core and ancillary product implementations.
Jan has ten years of banking experience in both the retail and Information Technology areas, and is a Certified Usability Analyst. He is currently based in Glastonbury, Connecticut at NYMBUS’ Sales and Operations Headquarters.
Richard is a founding partner of Baldini Lang LLC. He has over 25 years of executive-level domestic and international legal, compliance and ethics experience in the financial services industry. Rich’s law practice focuses on drafting and negotiating high-risk technology contracts on behalf of credit unions, community banks, and fintech companies; as well as regulatory compliance, information security, and privacy.
Rich was previously Acting General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer for Open Solutions Inc., where he led the company’s $1 billion acquisition by Fiserv Inc. Rich’s compliance and ethics responsibilities at Open Solutions included management of examinations by the FFIEC (NCUA, OCC, OTS, FDIC, and Federal Reserve). Rich ensured compliance with consumer banking laws and regulations and managed the information security and privacy program.
An honors graduate of Marquette University, Rich received his J.D. with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law. He is a member of the Connecticut and South Dakota Bars.
